4. Production Phase:
   After you approve the sketch, we will schedule and begin crafting the piece.

5. Final Review:
   Upon completion, we will send you photos of the finished product for your final approval.

6. Delivery:
   Once you confirm the finished piece, we will arrange for it to be shipped to you.
